🚨 WE’RE HIRING – FULL-TIME CLEANING OPERATIVE 🚨

£13.00 per hour | 45 hours per week | Weekends off

CW Group are looking for a new full-time team member to join our friendly team.

This is an entry-level position with full training provided, ideal for someone reliable, hard-working and happy to get stuck into physical work.

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Window cleaning
✅ Pressure washing
✅ Gutter cleaning
✅ Deep cleaning
✅ Specialist one-off cleaning
✅ Supporting our commercial cleaning teams
✅ General CW Group cleaning tasks across different sites

No previous experience is required, although it would be preferred.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ Reliable
✅ Practical
✅ Physically fit
✅ Willing to learn
✅ Positive and team-focused
✅ Able to drive ideally

Following a lithium-ion battery / nusol oil fire, this workshop was left with heavy soot contamination across the walls, floor and infrastructure.

Our role in situations like this is simple — make the space safe and ready for the next trades.

Before painters, electricians and repair teams can begin restoring the building, the fire residue and corrosive soot deposits need to be professionally removed.

That’s where specialist cleaning comes in.

Lithium battery fires are becoming increasingly common in workshops and industrial environments, and the contamination they leave behind can spread far beyond the visible damage.

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the passing of our founder, Clive Willis - a beloved father, friend, and the heart behind CW Group since its very beginning in 1986.

Clive built this company from the ground up with nothing more than determination, honesty, and hard work. Over nearly four decades, he not only grew CW Group into a trusted local business but also built lifelong friendships and an enduring reputation for care and reliability - qualities that continue to define us today.

To so many, Clive wasn’t just “the man from CW” - he was someone who would always stop for a chat, lend a hand, and brighten your day with his warmth and humour.

His passing leaves an immeasurable gap in our hearts, but his legacy and values will continue to live on through the work we do every single day.

CW Group remains firmly in operation, led by Clive’s son Ryan Willis, who has worked alongside his dad for decades to carry forward his vision. Together with our dedicated team, we’ll continue to honour Clive’s name in the best way we know how - through honest work, loyal service, and care for our community.

Rest peacefully, Clive. You will be so deeply missed, but never forgotten. 💚
