We offer both! Whether you need a one-time deep clean or regular weekly, biweekly, or monthly services, we’ve got you covered.

5. How long does a cleaning session take?

6. Are you insured ?

Yes, we are fully insured to give you peace of mind while we work in your home or business.

7. What areas do you service?

We currently serve most of Teesside If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to reach out.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

9. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It’s entirely up to you! Many clients provide us with access while they’re away, but if you prefer to be present, that’s perfectly fine too.

10. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.
