Meet Tony Gadsby, AGGPRO's Service Manager

Since joining AGGPRO in 2015, Tony has progressed from Field Service Engineer to Service Manager, becoming the main contact for service queries and a familiar name to many of our customers. He handles engineer bookings for services and breakdowns whilst providing technical support across our equipment catalogue.

Tony's philosophy centres on ‘prevention over cure’ – encouraging regular maintenance to stop small issues becoming major problems. Having worked in the field for years, he’s seen countless machine malfunctions and knows that keeping equipment running efficiently starts with proactive servicing.

His work ethic reflects his belief that the extra mile is the minimum we should aim for. Tony consistently shows flexibility and willingness to prioritise breakdowns, ensuring customer issues are resolved urgently.

Meet Phil Swinnerton, AGGPRO’s Operations Manager.

Phil grew up on his family’s farm near Lichfield, developing his passion for equipment operations through daily involvement in the farming business. Today, he brings that hands-on approach to AGGPRO’s strategic operations.

His role has evolved from Service Manager to Operations Manager over his 10+ years with the company. Phil focuses on maintaining our after sales service standards while developing our customer offering to meet industry needs.

When he’s not ensuring customer machinery stays operational, you'll find him at Villa Park supporting Aston Villa or at Drayton Manor with his family.
