๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ & ๐ฌ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ : Clients can schedule appointments through our booking service via Text/Whatsapp (07824603778) or via Email ([email protected]).
๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ: Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a fee equivalent to the full price of the clean.
๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ : Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling to avoid a 50% fee equivalent to the full price of the clean.
๐๐ข๐ฆ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ฌ: Please note that I can only do what time allows in the timeframe given, I will try my absolute best to complete what you ask but I can only do what times allows me too! For the best results, multiple cleans are required.
๐๐๐ฒ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: We accept payment via bank transfer and cash.
For bank transfer, You will receive an email/text with payment details attached once your clean has been completed. Payment will need to be made by 5pm the next working day.
๐๐๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ: A deposit of 50% may be required for first-time clients or larger jobs, this will be down to our discrepancy.
๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐: I carry full liability insurance to cover myself, plus any damages incurred during any cleaning service. Clients must report any damages within 24 hours of service completion any longer than this time frame I will not take responsibility for any damages caused.
๐๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ฒ: Clients must provide access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day. This may involve providing keys, codes, or arranging for someone to be present.
๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐ฌ: If I feel that it is unsafe to enter the premises, I reserve the right to leave and not perform the service.
๐๐ฒ ๐ญ๐๐๐ฆ: My team consists of 1 cleaner, this is myself. I will dedicate myself to you to carry out each one of your cleans, but sometimes due to childcare or holiday etc, I may require a stand in domestic or commercial cleaner for a one off occasion or you have the right to ask for you clean to not be carried out this specific day.
I may arrange on some larger cleans that I come in a pair with an additional fully trained cleaner, in this case, your clean will only be carried out for half the time due to them completing half each. For example, if your clean is due to be 4 hours long, my self and the additional cleaner would only be there for 2 hours, as they are doing half each.
๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐: We respect our clients privacy and I am aware confidentiality regarding clients homes and personal information.
Photographs maybe be taken of your home by myself for my social media. Please make this known to me when booking if you would ๐๐๐ like photos taken or shared on social media.

๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ค ๐๐ง๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ: Client feedback is valued and encourages continuous improvement, whilst also supporting an extremely small business as you will be aware that feedback is sometimes one of the hardest things to obtain but this is what makes use thrive. ๐๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐ข๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ: Any social media recommendations are truly valued as a small business and with every success social media recommendation the recommender will receive 10% of 4 general cleans as a token of our appreciation. (Client who has welcomed me needs to have fully paid for 4 general cleans before the recommender can claim their 4 general cleans with 10% discount).
Clients are encouraged to inform us of any specific health concerns or allergies we should be aware of prior to the service and also any products they do not wish for us to use within their home.
