As my working week draws to a end (well nearly) I just want to wish all of my lovely customers old and new A VeRy MeRrY ChRiStMaS and a SpArKlInG NeW YeAr. Thanking the ones that have brought me presents (obviously not opening until Christmas day!) Chocolate & biscuits and the very generous bonuses, really do appreciate it all and most of all a massive thank you for your continued loyal custom.

Morning all, it's with regret that due to two cancellations this week at short notice, I have no choice but to install the below with immediate effect Any cancellations within 48hrs are fully chargeable, I fully appreciate that sickness is inevitable however please appreciate that I have already paid out for childcare and I also have bills to pay. Cancellations at short notice mean the slots can't be offered out meaning I have to take a financial loss. In terms of sickness I will not attend any address where sickness has been reported as I have vulnerable clients who I visit and also should I contract the sickness means I'll have to take a bigger financial loss which as a small business it isn't an option.

Just a reminder to all my lovely customers that there are no cleans week commencing Monday 29th November. Over the next week or so I shall be looking at opening hours over Christmas and New Year so watch this space.
