We’re excited to announce that from 6th March we will officially be operating from our new training premises 🎉
This new space will allow us to deliver in house training, upskill our teams, and raise standards even further across construction and industrial cleaning projects. It gives us the room to train properly, safely, and professionally exactly how site work should be done.
This is a big step forward for our company growth, our staff development, and the level of service we deliver to our clients across Scotland and beyond.

M.C.M Cleaning Solutions Ltd –Construction Cleaning Company of the Year 2025/26 – is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Construction Cleaning Manager to oversee our projects across Scotland.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent role where you’ll manage multiple construction cleaning projects (builders’ cleans, re-cleans, sparkle/final cleans, show homes, compounds, and specialist cleans). You’ll lead site teams, ensure compliance with health & safety standards, and deliver the high-quality service M.C.M is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple cleaning projects.

Lead, train, and support supervisors and cleaning teams.

Carry out site visits, audits, toolbox talks, and quality inspections.

Prepare and maintain RAMS, ensuring H&S compliance.

Liaise with site managers, QS teams, and contractors to keep projects on schedule.

Monitor labour hours, timesheets, equipment, and job costs.

Report regularly to senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in construction site management, facilities management, or specialist cleaning supervision.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Working knowledge of H&S regulations and compliance requirements.

Full UK driving licence (travel required).

CSCS card (supervisor/manager level preferred).

SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications desirable.

Hi everyone we are on the look out to add to our team! We have 4 full time positions or 8 part time positions positions becoming available. This is not a cash n hand job as thousands of £££ gets spent on training within the construction industry so please don’t message asking lol.. it’s also a necessity to drive and have transport or have the means to meet up in Strathaven for 6.30am and be collected from there
