24 days in to the year and I’ve had to buy a “big boss” diary !!
The company is slowly growing but a bigger diary is very much needed and before you say why don’t you use a computer system ….. I’m old school and prefer doing it this way 🙈

Friday , Saturday and Sunday morning 9-11 in Stotfold
Thursday -12-2 in Hitchin
2 hours on a monthly basis 5pm-7pm in letchworth

You’ve probably guessed already by the title that hoovering, mopping and sanitising will be part of your role! Don’t worry, though. We have all the equipment you need to make your life easier and showcase your work!
It’ll be ideal if you have cleaning experience, but if not don’t worry, as we will offer full training!

Sales and quoting is something I’m sure every “new” business has to go through …. For me the sales part scares me for 2 reasons -

1- I’ve never had to do it before
2- confidence

with the right help, knowledge and a new mindset on things it has completely changed the way I do the scary sales and the nerve racking pre quote meeting !!

I put that in to practice yesterday, sent the quote off within a few hours of seeing the client …. To receiving an email this morning saying my quote has been accepted 💪🏼

Sometimes you just have to get on your hands and knees , with a brush and water !!

Unfortunately this clients floor machine doesn’t get in to the corners nor does it fit in the toilet cubicles …. Sometimes a mop and bucket just doesn’t work !!

What a horrid Monday morning …. But to make my Monday a bit better , I received a phone call today from the education board .

My company has been recommended to them as a leading Commercial company around the Hitchin area and asked my permission to advertise and support the HWRK magazine in which gets sent to all teachers/ schools in the Hitchin areas .

I obviously accepted so thank you to who ever recommended me …
