Old solid fuel back boiler replaced with a LPG Baxi 24kw Combi for a client with no heating or hot water, turned around in less than 3 days from given the go ahead by East Durham College (client). A really long day to ensure least disturbance and disruption for the tenant.
Extras included where a Magnetic filter and a HIVE Thermostat/Programmer.

A walk in shower for an elderly gentleman, bath out and an iCare shower that can be set to a maximum temperature via an app and can monitor shower duration and usage if required

All for a lovely customer and most of the work was done whilst she was on holiday so not a lot of inconvenience for her.

A Baxi 600 replacing a Worcester 28CDI that was knocking out more fumes than Chieftain Bridge Layer.
Needed to get under the kitchen floor and sent the apprentice for a 18m crawl and realised I didn’t need him too once he got there 😨. It kept him occupied for an hour 👍

A Gloworm that didn’t like holding water and most of the plastic parts had gone replaced with a Potterton Assure 30kw and a MagnaClean with a RF Thermostat/Programmer.
