Unfortunatly we have had to tweak our terms and conditions to include ‘picking up’ and a late fee for non payment on the day.
It’s becoming more of a regular occurance that we are having to ‘chase’ payments. We hate having to msg and ask people for payment and even more so when we have to ask more than once.
Although we don’t want to, if it continues we will be forced to ask for cash for the clean being left for when we arrive and if it is not left then we will have to leave the clean 😕

Morning,
Just letting all our clients know that as of the 1st of May our prices will be increasing.
It’s something that we don’t really want to do but with the prices of everything rising, it’s something we have to do. We will send messages out to all our clients over the next week to let them know of the price change.
We would just like to thank all our amazing clients for keeping us busy xx

When we say we can give a ‘rough time’ of when we will be with you, we try our best to get there for that time but sometimes things happen.
Last wed was one of those days…
Did any cleaning get done that morning? nope! Did we run over over the alloted time with our client? yep!
Did we all have a good laugh? Oh yeah! 🤣
When we left our lovely Client was all sorted, feeling more relaxed.
