Aurora Cleaning Services is growing, and I’m looking for an experienced cleaner who genuinely takes pride in their work and has the high standards and natural attention to detail.
I am not looking for someone who simply turns up, ticks a list off and leaves. I need someone who notices the little things, uses their initiative and understands what makes a home feel exceptionally clean - sees the marks on the doors, notices the dusty skirting boards and understands that a great clean is about doing the best possible job within the time available.

What you need:
✨ Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.
✨ Exceptional attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
✨ Reliable, organised and confident working independently.
✨ Someone who spots what needs doing without waiting to be asked.
✨ A positive attitude and the ability to support and guide other cleaners.
✨ Available on regular working days, with some flexibility to help cover staff absences when possible.

The Opportunity:

This is a self-employed cleaning opportunity with the potential to develop into a senior, team-leading position as the business grows.

I’m working towards stepping away from the day-to-day domestic cleans so I can focus on building Aurora. I’m looking for someone I can trust to help maintain our standards, support the team and take real pride in the work we deliver to our customers.
