1. Good spoken and written communication skills.
2. Qualified to BPCA/RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management
3. A commitment to excellence and are flexible.

We are looking for candidates that are able to solve problems on their own initiative or be able to ask clearly for help when required to get a job done. Well-presented both in terms of personal appearance, vehicle cleanliness, tidiness and upkeep of kit.

You must be able to drive and previous experience of driving large vans would be beneficial. Work will be across the South East including London and surrounding counties and will vary from day to day.

Work duties will include working on roofs to complete bird proofing measures as well as cleaning and clearance works.

Experience working on roofs is essential and all training will be provided.

Pay for this position is £23,000. We are members of the workplace pension scheme, bonuses are available as well as working overtime.

We are a specialist clean, clearance and pest control company and the role will involve working in our office to complete essential administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of our business.

Job role to include:
Using a series of excel spreadsheets
Handling a busy telephone with incoming calls
Responding to a busy email inbox
Invoicing
Any other task assigned to you

All training will be provided, and you will be guided through your role to enable you eventually to complete your workload effectively and independently.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm. Friday 8.30am - 4pm.

Salary £21,000 for 24 hours a week

We are a specialist clean, clearance and pest control company and the role will involve working within our pest control department to manage technicians diaries and appointments, follow up queries with our customers as well as general administration tasks such as answering a busy telephone line and responding to a busy email inbox.

The following skills and experience are essential

Working experience with excel spreadsheets

Experience of diary management
Experience of customer services
Knowledge of Sage accounting software would be an advantage
Ability to manage several tasks at any one time with attention to detail

We are looking for candidates that are able to solve problems on their own initiative or be able to ask clearly for help when required to get a job done. Well-presented both in terms of personal appearance, vehicle cleanliness, tidiness and upkeep of kit.

You must be able to drive and previous experience of driving large vans would be beneficial. Work will be across the South East including London and surrounding counties and will vary from day to day.

Work duties will include installing netting in residential areas as well as larger buildings, proofing solar panels, removing bird waste and any other tasks relating to bird control or prevention measures. At times you will be asked to join the clean and clearance teams as our workload dictates but you will primarily be on our bird work team.
Pay for this position is £23,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience. We are members of the workplace pension scheme, bonuses are available as well as working overtime.
