Just remember to maintain and sweep your liner. it doesn’t take much for it to go wrong. so we come in and do your sweep smoke test to make sure you’re safe certificate if needed.  we are known for a good clean and tidy Work with a smile.

2day we had a call from a customer with problems with there log burner blowing smoke back in the room so we went to her as soon as possible. On inspection we took baffle plate down and seen it very dirty. So I decided to do a chimney caul check and on my inspection we found this 👀. Big tar issue mainly from condensation and wet wood. PLEASE PLEASE look after your burner this is not something to take lightly. This lovely customer was very lucky and we got her up and running again for Xmas 🎅
