This tenant spilt egg yolk on their rental carpet. After they attempted to clean with bleach spray and bicarbonate soda they messaged a carpet cleaner who said it was damaged beyond repair and no cleaning would restore it.

The last part was correct! No amount of cleaning would remove the "stain" That's because the cleaning attempt had released cellulose from the carpet backing resulting in the brown/yellow stain.

Being experts in stain removal and colour repair and having seen our videos on IG and following us they got in touch and we professionally restored the carpet.

Check out this carpet repair. We had to cut out the damage and luckily the hotel had some spare carpet.

The carpet was repaired perfectly and the room back in action for next guests checking in.

I saw this post in a FB group asking for advise on how to remove Lilly Pollen from a wool carpet. All sorts of home remedies were recommended 🤯

This is the type of work that we specialise in! This will not rinse out or clean with vanish, bicarb or shaving foam.

It will require the careful use of peroxide as well as a high powered UV light to remove the discolouration.

Do you have any stains like this that need our expertise?

Foundation spills are one of the worst stains on light carpets.

Oil-based pigments bind deep into the fibres and DIY attempts usually make it worse.

This brand new carpet was heading for replacement… until we professionally removed the stain and restored it back to original condition.

No patching.
No replacement.
Just the right process.

Mould spray, bleach and DIY cleaners are some of the biggest causes of permanent carpet damage 🚫

In this rented flat, the tenant tried to remove marks using mould spray. The chemicals stripped the colour from the fibres, leaving visible bleach patches.

Instead of replacement, we professionally restored the carpet by:
• Neutralising the chemical residue
• Stabilising the fibres
• Custom-mixing dyes to match the original colour
• Hand-dyeing the damaged areas for a seamless finish

The result?
✔ No patchiness
✔ No colour mismatch
✔ Carpet saved and deposit protected

If your carpet has bleach or chemical damage, don’t panic — it’s often repairable when treated correctly.

Shellac nail polish on carpet = most cleaners say “replace it.”
We said “hold my coffee.” ☕️

This wasn’t a surface stain, it was fully bonded into the fibres.
Slow, controlled chemistry. Zero damage. Full restoration.

If you’ve been told a stain is permanent… it probably isn’t.
