"The Captains Cleaners operates in various sectors of the cleaning industry, including domestic homes, offices, communal areas, end-of-tenancy (EOT) cleans, commercial buildings, one-off cleans, and new build cleans, to name a few. We assess each job individually, paying close attention to the specific needs involved.
Many assume cleaning is simple, but it requires more than just cloths, a mop, and a bucket. It involves carefully selecting the right staff member for the task and choosing the appropriate products. Incorrect product use can cause damage, so it's crucial to consider this. Over the past three years, we've learned the 'hows' through careful observation, completing courses, and following inspiring cleaning businesses. This has enabled us to grow steadily, expanding our services from domestic to commercial and changeover cleans.
Recognising the demand for specialised cleaning services, we are diligently working to expand further and deepen our knowledge in specific areas. These specialised cleans require significant understanding, trust, and compassion, and they are not for the faint of heart!
I'm excited to announce that I am currently pursuing CPD accreditation in Specialist Biohazard Cleans.
This accreditation will enable us to undertake cleans that require specific training and qualifications.
