Renting in the UK right now is exhausting. The endless refreshing of apps, the travel costs for viewings that don't happen, and the pressure to say "yes" to a house you haven't even seen properly.
I am conducting research into how we can finally fix the "Viewing Gap" and protect renters from making expensive mistakes.
