Callout to investigate this intermittent heating issue♨️🚫

A very rusty heater element with corrosion on multiple earth connections throughout the tub were identified along with some very leaky heater gaskets👀

Everything else was perfectly within tolerance and even had a working original blower + pump! 😎

Customer has opted for a full deep clean along with a new heater to bring this back to fully functioning along with some safety upgrades⚡️✅

Full deep clean / service carried out on this stunning Hotsprings ✅

Customer hadn’t had a service since the tub was installed which was very impressive to hear how well they had maintained the water considering the advice they were told to follow.

We found multiple leaks and the customer now understands fully how to manage their water correctly going forward to avoid any unexpected issues.

An ozone system was also installed to make life a little easier going forward🫧

This tub is now summer ready and looking better than ever🤩

Full deep clean / repair carried out on this lovely tub✅

Customer hadn’t had a full service since buying the tub so decided to book us in to assess some minor issues along with a full deep clean bringing this tub back to 100%

Plenty of hidden grime inside the jet bodies👀🦠

Very satisfying to see the results on this one and it was our absolute pleasure!

Very kindly treated to some cold drinks throughout our service 🚰

One extremely happy customer 😎

A customer had moved into a property and inherited this beautiful tub for free which was one of the best results we have heard of in a long time🤩

Only downside was the condition it was left in meaning the tub was out of action and unsafe to use.

Strong smells, an insanely heavy cover, slugs + spiders, plenty of grime to go around - were all reasons this customer had no idea what was actually underneath until they reached out…

A full service / deep clean was carried out to bring this back to life with the correct chemical advice demonstrated onsite ✅

Customer has confirmed they have already used the tub twice and considering they have never owned / used a hot tub before this was amazing news and well worth the effort 😎

Customer was over the moon with the results and very confident they now know how to manage their water to not only keep themselves safe, but their pipework too!

Jets…jets + jets later we removed all grime and grit from the tub 😅

Refilled, balanced and ready to go😎

A full service / deep clean carried out on this stunning Hotsprings 🧼

A small amount of repairs were carried out to get this back to 100% along with an ozone generator fitting 🫧🫧🫧

This customer has now been shown how to maintain the water with their own personal guide to assist along the way 😎

We were also accompanied by Arti our new trainee 🐶 he was making sure the boss’s break wasn’t too long 🤣
