Apprentice Plasterer / Improver / Plasterer Wanted

Rabjohn Construction are looking to bring someone new into the team.

We’re a growing company working on high-end domestic projects – extensions, renovations and full house refurbs.

We’re looking for:
Apprentice (or near end of apprenticeship)
Recently qualified improver
Or experienced plasterer

Requirements:
Must be able to drive
Own tools and PPE
Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
Takes pride in their work

Pay:
Apprenticeship wage in line with government minimum
Improver / qualified plasterer pay depending on experience

What you’ll get:
Consistent work

What started as a dated bungalow has been almost entirely rebuilt and re-engineered into a modern, energy-efficient family home. Aside from sections of the original external walls, the property was stripped back and fundamentally reconstructed.
Alongside the architectural transformation, performance was a major focus:
• 150mm PIR insulated ground floor with underfloor heating throughout
• Existing structure internally framed and upgraded with 100mm PIR wall insulation
• 175mm insulation to roof and ceiling zones
• Designed to operate efficiently alongside an Air Source Heat Pump system
The result is a home that not only looks modern, but performs to contemporary standards — warmer, more efficient and future ready.
Projects like this are about more than extending space — they’re about completely redefining how a home works.
