Payment Reminder

Just a little reminder that payment is due on the day of your clean, please.

It really helps me keep on top of who has paid and saves me having to spend my spare time keeping track and chasing payments.

If you have a regular clean, setting up a standing order can be an easy way to make sure payments are always on time.

If payments are regularly late, I may need to ask for payment in advance before future cleans, just to keep things simple.

A few years ago, this 500ml bottle of Zoflora cost £2. Today, the same bottle costs £5 😵

I won’t cut corners by buying cheaper products because I want to continue providing the same high standard of cleaning, with products that are effective and leave your home smelling fresh.

When you pay my hourly rate, you’re not just paying for the time I spend cleaning. It also covers the many behind-the-scenes costs of running my business, including:

🧼 Quality cleaning products
🪣 Professional equipment
🧺 Washing and replacing cloths and mop heads after every working day
🛡️ Public liability insurance
⛽ Petrol and car maintenance
👕 Uniform and workwear

Like every small business, my costs have increased, but my commitment to providing a reliable, trustworthy, high-quality service hasn’t changed.
