Our customer had algae and organic growth eating into cracks in their render. We gently removed all the built up algae and surface dirt, then gently steam cleaned the walls and PVC for a nice fresh look.

Cleaning a resin drive is a process, and definitely not one for the Karcher cowboys. Too much pressure will damage these drives. Using the right mix of chemical, a bit of heat and a post treatment and they come up great. 💙💚

These beautiful Delabole tiles have got nail rot so we popped along with some new tiles, replaced the slipped ones, repaired some more, cleared the gutter and now the Roof is ready for the oncoming storms.

It’s transformation Tuesday. This tired roof is now Moss free and has been treated to deter regrowth. Gutters are all cleared and cleaned and its now winter ready. 💙💚

Last week we popped around to repair an ill-fitting union and found the sub-fascia completely rotten. On closer inspection, the lower course membrane on the Roof had perished and there were no drip trays. Quick run around for supplies, and a day later we installed new felt and drip trays, replaced the sub-fascia, new fascia board and vents, new soffit, and we even installed another downpipe for a running outlet.
One dry Roof for Winter and two very happy Customers. 💙💚

A little paintwork clean and freshen up before the Winter sets in. All PVC was cleaned as part of the process. 💙💚

We cleaned out the Gutters at this property in North Road recently and whilst up there we noticed lots of broken and deteriorated tiles left from a previous contractor.
Luckily we have a Roofer with 25 years experience so we returned a week later, replaced the tiles, fixed the tenement and now it is all weathertight and ready for Winter. 💙💚
