A customers hot tub was leaking through all the jets due to poor water chemistry and the pump had broken. We took of every jet and resealed them and replaced the pump.

Daily hot tub checks are a requirement of HSG282 for holiday lets to ensure the hot tub is clean and sanitised for guests and they will not catch an infectious decease.

Before and after… Scheduled in for a normal changeover clean today, the temperature had been left at 40° with no sanitiser for 2 weeks!

This is why our weekly maintenance visits are so important. If we had been contracted to check and sanitise the tub weekly these multiple deep cleans to get rid of all the bacteria and biofilm would not have been required. In the long run it’s cheaper to have us maintain your tub weekly, sanitise and turn the temperature down/rest mode among other things. This also protects your investment and ensures excessive strain isn’t put onto the mechanical parts/pump etc causing it to shorten their lifespan.

A very cold but productive Thursday at . Dartmouth Grove looking beautiful on a crisp autumn/winter day.

2 changeover cleans for guests arriving tomorrow and checked all of the hot tubs for private properties, which are not rented out.

Lovely day but… 🥶

Deep clean on a customers private hot tub. Due to the positioning of the tub the lid gets very dirty but what a relaxing spot amongst the trees.
