At Lotus Hot Tubs, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service to our customers across the UK. However, like many businesses, we are currently facing significant challenges due to the rising cost of fuel.

Our work requires us to travel approximately 40,000 to 50,000 miles each year, and fuel is a major part of our operating costs. Over recent months, we’ve seen fuel prices increase from around £1.35 per litre to £1.95 per litre — a substantial rise that has had a direct impact on our day-to-day expenses.

Unfortunately, this level of increase is not sustainable or cost-efficient for us as a business. While we always strive to keep our prices as competitive as possible, these ongoing cost pressures may mean that we need to review and adjust our pricing moving forward.

We want to be transparent with our customers and keep you informed about the factors affecting our business. We truly appreciate your continued support and understanding during this time.

What a week we’ve had. From as far in Wales as you can go to Dover, Barnsley and Milton Keynes to name a few. This week alone we covered 1700 miles. Fuel prices have killed us but we continue to be competitive and offer the best service we can.

Another tricky move. We had to remove the fence panel and use our ramps to take this tub down a 4ft wall.

If you are looking to buy a hot tub on Facebook marketplace then please be careful.

We drove to the Hinckley area this morning to collect a tub for a lovely customer who unfortunately trusted there was a tub for sale. Upon arrival it was clear it was a scam and the lady had lost her money. One hour later the hot tub was relisted on marketplace and im sure more people will be targeted.

Do not pay up in full unless you are absolutely sure this is a genuine advert. We always advise to pay in full upon our arrival to inspect the tub.

This person who was communicating via what’s app then decided to give us another address in Hartlepool saying we were at the wrong address.

Please feel free to drop if you are unsure and we can disclose personal details of the people in question to make sure you do not fall into this trap.

Tight Alley but for once the access was nice and easy. Lovely tub and another happy customer.

Another tricky job full of obstacles yesterday for the Lotus Team.

But another completed hot tub move. With careful planning and precision we successfully managed to manoeuvre the hot tub over a garage and safely onto our trailer.

Not easy this one but felt a great sense of achievement once the tub was down.

Both the buyer and seller were both extremely happy and there reviews say it all.
