Welcome November 2026 !

Well into Autumn now, the weather is changing, the dark nights are here and the run up to Christmas has started.

This week I will be focusing on items for Remembrance Sunday. These will be either red or purple and can be made with crocodile clips for wearing in your hair or on clothing or, elastic or velcro bands to attach to dog collars, harnesses and leads etc

I will donate 50% of my sales income for Remembrance related items sold in November to the Redcar branch of the Royal British Legion.

Our local swans are so territorial on a very small lake. They have killed gosling in the past and their own young. It's so sad but at the same time, so wonderful to see nature play out on your doorstep. They fight for dominance with a huge colony of ducks, herons and geese. Natural is so cruel and kind at the same time.

Poppy production starts this week in red and purple felt.
To be added to pet collars with elastic or popper bands and to clothing with pin bars.

Experimenting with my own treat boxes. Bit rough round the edges but a work in progress. Watch out for these on my stall from 1st November. Available to order too.
