Busy early morning of preparation for the Pride of Reading Awards at The Select Car Leasing stadium. As the chosen cleaning contractor of Reading Football Club for over 20 years it’s not the first time we have prepared for this fantastic event.

Tomorrow morning we turn the conference centre and stadium around ready for the visit of Portsmouth FC.

Olivia’s Beauty Bar officially opens today for business from our Bulding5A. Olivia is amongst other treatments an Aesthetic Practitioner, Lash Technician, Makeup, Brows and much more.

not only does Olivia offer treatments but she also runs an Academy training others.

Building works complete, we are now deep into decorating the new beauty rooms / offices that are available to rent.

Skirtings to be painted, internal doors to be painted white, windows to be frosted for privacy. Once completed we will then dress the area with pictures, seating and plants, can’t wait to see the final effect.

The largest room has been let and will be offering beauty, cosmetic and personal care, an advanced Practitioner and beautician.

No trades onsite today so thanks to .co.uk for giving the site a mid build clean up, looking a lot fresher this morning.

Trades are back on Friday to hang all the doors, fix the skirtings etc.

The interior designer has chosen her colours this morning, hopefully this weekend we can get the base coats on the new plaster.

BUILDING5A.com four new rooms under construction, plastering finished.

Next week all frames, skirtings, doors will be completed. Then the redecoration commences.

Rooms should hopefully be ready to let from April, want some space, get in contact come and join the gym, massage and chiropractic rooms that are already in occupation.

The renovation works continue, our front space office walls are going up today.

Additional lighting and electrics going in tomorrow.
