🎄❤️ MAID TO CLEAN – GIVING BACK THIS CHRISTMAS! ❤️🎄

This Christmas, we’ve decided we want to give a little something back! 🥰

As a small local business, we are incredibly grateful for every single person who has supported us, booked with us, recommended us and helped our business grow.

We also know that Christmas can be a difficult time for many people, and sometimes the smallest gesture can make the biggest difference. ❤️

So this year, we’re giving away TWO COMPLETELY FREE 2-HOUR HOUSE CLEANS! 🧹✨

🎁 GIVEAWAY 1 – A HELPING HAND ❤️

We’d love to help someone in our local community who genuinely needs a little extra support.

Whether they’re struggling with their health, going through a difficult time, facing financial hardship or simply finding everyday life overwhelming, we’d love to take one thing off their shoulders.

If you know someone who could really benefit from this, please send our page a private message with your nomination and a little explanation of why you’ve chosen them.

🎁 GIVEAWAY 2 – OUR AMAZING CUSTOMERS ❤️

This one is a little thank you from us!

Every single one of our existing customers will automatically be entered into a random prize draw to win a FREE 2-HOUR HOUSE CLEAN!

No need to enter, like or share. We simply want to show our appreciation for your continued support and loyalty. 🥰

Both cleans will be completely free, with all cleaning products and equipment provided.

Two homes, two little acts of kindness, and hopefully two very happy people this Christmas! 🎄❤️

Thank you for allowing our little business to give something back to the community.

Lots of love,

The Girls @ Maid to Clean 🧹❤️

Our Cleaning Policy– ⭐️ Please Read ⭐️

Please read our policy below before booking.

Bookings

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
• Please ensure we have safe access to your property at the agreed time.

Payments

• Payment is due on the day of the clean unless otherwise agreed.
• Bank transfer or cash is accepted.
• Late payments may incur additional charges.

Cancellations

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access to Your Property

• If we are unable to gain access to your property at the agreed time, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and charges may apply.

Cleaning Standards

• We take pride in delivering a high standard of cleaning. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please let us know within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.

General Clean Inclusions & Service Agreement

• Our general clean includes all standard cleaning tasks required to maintain a clean and hygienic home, including (but not limited to) dusting, hoovering, mopping, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, surface wiping, and general tidying of agreed areas.
• Over time, as we get your home fully up to standard, cleaning sessions may take less time as the property becomes easier to maintain.
• Once your home is fully brought up to standard, the agreed price will remain the same regardless of reduced time spent, as this reflects the ongoing maintenance of your home.
• Additional tasks or “extras” cannot be added in place of the agreed cleaning time or standard service.
• Any extra tasks must be discussed and agreed in advance. If not agreed beforehand, they will not be included in the clean.
• This is to ensure we can complete all agreed cleaning tasks to a high standard without rushing or reducing quality in order to fit in additional work.

Thankyou for your understanding, Ellie 🍒♥️🌹‼️💃

A huge thank you to all of my wonderful clients for being so understanding and accommodating with the recent schedule changes while I’ve been away on holiday. Your flexibility is always appreciated!

Just a little reminder that I’ll be away again next week (Monday–Wednesday). All agreed cleans will be covered by Hollie.
I’m making the most of these last couple of months before my daughter starts big girl school. ❤️

All Thursday cleans (16th) will go ahead as normal.

After such a busy week catching up from my last holiday, my trusty old Hoover head finally decided it had done enough… so it was time for a brand-new one! 😂

Thanks again lots of love from Ellie 🫶🩷🎀###xx
