A heartfelt thank you ❤️

I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s reached out since my announcement. The kind messages, comments, and support have honestly meant more than I can say.

Closing RS Autovalet has been a really tough decision, but hearing how much people valued the work I did has reminded me why I started in the first place. I’m truly grateful for every customer, recommendation, and bit of encouragement I’ve received along the way.

📢 Important Announcement

Hello everyone,

This is a post I truly never wanted to write. Unfortunately, due to several unforeseen circumstances, RS Autovalet will be ceasing trading immediately.

This decision hasn’t come easily, but with a young family to support, the business is no longer able to grow while providing enough income to sustain us. After a promising 2024, this year has been filled with challenge after challenge — and sadly, I’ve now reached a point where I can’t keep pushing forward.

The poor weather throughout the year has made it incredibly difficult to complete the number of jobs needed each week, especially with my prices kept as fair and affordable as possible. On top of that, my vehicle's sudden and terminal engine failure left me without reliable transport for mobile jobs. With repair costs around £2,500, I had no choice but to sell it on, and unfortunately haven’t been able to replace it since.

I’ve spent many evenings trying to find a way to make it work, but with winter approaching — typically the quietest time of year — I have to face reality and move on. Following an interview last week, I will be beginning employment elsewhere as soon as possible.

I honestly can’t express how gutted I am to make this announcement. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your custom, recommendations, social media shares, reviews, and words of encouragement since I began this self-employed journey. Your support has meant the world.

So, Why go for an RS Autovalet Package?

As versatility and value go, I guarantee from the options below.- You will find a package to suit your needs at a price to suit your budget.

Bronze, From £40:- an inside out valet to tidy up your car, Covering the essentials. Wash and dry, quick wheel clean, full cabin vac out, dust down and glass inside and out.

Silver, From £50:- a full inside out valet including the boot, all hard surfaces wet cleaned inside and out, steering wheel and gear selector deep cleansed.- leaves your car looking fresh, smelling fresh, but most of all feeling fresh to touch too.

Gold,.From £70:- As above, but a little more if required - carpet mats and seat fabrics wet cleaned/leather cleansed and conditioned, boot floor wet cleaned and treated.

Platinum, From £100:- The top dog... all creases and crevices detailed, the engine bay degreased and brightened up, exhaust tips refreshed,.deep wheel clean and much more. Essentially, a spa day for your car to get the best finish I can offer.

Tailored packages - if you have requirements such as a major exterior clean but only a quick going over inside, perhaps vice versa or even some one off minor damage to improve, please do get in touch via messenger. I'm confident we can create something to suit your requirements.

Another recent job and a new corporate client for RS Autovalet - after completing gold packages on both Martyn and his wife Jackie's vehicles a few times over the last year, I was then asked if I would be interested in taking care of the 3 vehicles at the school they run too - and this was the result - 3 pool cars all clean, fresh and ready for work! 😃

Whilst I'd politely decline actually cleaning a certain Miss Blue herself... For the right price, I'd have her van good as new in no time - followed by a long bath and a tetanus jab, of course! 🤣
