ONE-TRAY LEMON & GARLIC SALMON

Sometimes the simplest dinners are the best. Make sure to save this post to come back to it later 🤩

🌟 Only one baking tray needed 🟰 less washing up!!

👶 Suitable for BLW from 6 months (after first tastes and allergens)

RECIPE (2 adults 2 toddlers)💕

* Half salmon
* 1 lemon
* 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
* K**b of unsalted butter (melted)

Plus any veg you like - I used 2 large sweet potatoes and a broccoli 🥦

1) Preheat your oven to 180 (fan)
2) Peel and chop any veg you’re using into chunks.
3) Line a baking tray and add the salmon and veg (your tray should be large enough to hold it all in one layer). 4) Mix the melted unsalted butter with crushed garlic and a squeeze of lemon juice then pour over the salmon. Pop a couple of slices of lemon on top of the salmon too.
5) Bake for approx 30 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are soft.

*Optional: Add seasoning for adult portions.

This is a great dish for baby led weaning as the vegetables are the perfect shape and size for little hands to pick up 🙌🏻

Jasmine is and she ate everything.
Joseph is #3.5 years old and ate just the sweet potato and broccoli 🙄

These sugar-free lollies are the perfect snack for your weaning baby or toddler (or yourself 🙃)…. Particularly during a heatwave 😎

They also seem to relieve the discomfort of teething ❤️

🌟 Share this post with a friend who might find it useful 🌟

To make these ice lollies just mix together mashed or puréed fruit with some yoghurt.

Pour the mixture into little lolly moulds and put them in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours 🙌🏻

They are so quick and easy to make, plus healthy and delicious 😋

You HAVE to try these super-easy and extremely yummy raspberry & white chocolate buns 😋

Raspberry and white chocolate is an amazing combination but if you’re worried about sugar content for your little ones then you could swap the white choc for dark choc or leave it out completely 👍

Double tap if you think this little love bug is cute 🥰

This is such an easy and adorable snack or lunchbox filler! Perfect for the lead up to Valentines Day (…if you celebrate it - but still lovely to do even if you don’t) ❤️

You just need a strawberry, some dark chocolate for decoration and a tiny bit of yoghurt for the eyes 👀

Will you try this? 🐞
