These are our student houses in Portsmouth and Southsea. We’ve been letting houses to students in Portsmouth and Southsea for over 25 years. Many of our tenants return year on year to our properties – a sure indication of their satisfaction! We are NOT letting agents. We own and manage all our houses. This means that our tenants benefit in the following ways:

• You can be sure you will be moving into a clean and tidy house, as we ensure that professional standard cleaning is carried out prior to every tenancy, including cleaning of ovens, carpets and curtains
• In addition to our student houses we also have a selection of unfurnished flats. These are suitable for students and professionals either sharers or couples. The 2 bedroom flats are suitable for a couple with a child.
