We are thrilled to announce that and have jointly won Property Management Company of the Year for 2024/2025! 🏆✨

This incredible achievement comes after a long-term collaboration between our two businesses, blending Sand & Sea’s and Coastal Keeping’s, in-house interior design and property management expertise. The project we’ve been working on has been a year or so in the making, and it’s been an absolute pleasure to join forces as family-run companies to bring it to life.

We couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve accomplished together and are so grateful for the support of our dedicated teams, clients, and partners. This joint award reflects the hard work, passion, and dedication that both Coastal Keeping and Sand and Sea pour into every project we touch.
