Tidied up this kitchen nicely for the guest. Chromes and glasses well polished, I could almost see my future on those surfaces 😀😂😂.

Arrived the apartment yesterday morning for the changeover only to find the napkins on the hob with the switch still turned on! It could've been an honest mistake where the guest tried to turn it off but k**b didn't click the off settings. The surface is warm and so is the blue napkin, but thankfully, not hot enough to start a fire.

Has anyone else experienced this?

A notice to ensure all appliances are turned off before checking out was included in the welcome email; what else can one do?
