We’ve had a few questions recently, so we wanted to gently clarify something important 💜

Tea & Talk Tidy is not a care company.

While we are passionate about supporting people in their homes and reducing loneliness, there are certain services we do not provide.

❌ We do not offer:
• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Medication administration or prompting
• Feeding or meal assistance that requires care support
• Any clinical or regulated care services

✔️ What we do offer:
• Friendly companionship and meaningful conversation ☕
• Help around the home (light cleaning & tidying) 🧹
• Emotional support and reducing isolation 💬
• A warm, reliable presence you can trust
• Assistance running errands 🛒
Our aim is to create a safe, comfortable, and uplifting environment for those who may just need a little extra support and someone to talk to.

Hi everyone and welcome to our page 🤍

We’re so proud (and honestly a little nervous) to finally introduce Tea Talk & Tidy — a companionship support and home help service created from the heart.

The reason we started this business is simple…
We’ve seen far too many people, especially in rural areas, quietly struggling.

People who are:
💜Not quite needing full-time care
💜 But no longer fully independent
💜 And often left with very little support in between

That gap shouldn’t exist — but it does.

And we couldn’t ignore it anymore.

Tea Talk & Tidy was created to fill that space.

We’re here for the people who just need a little extra help — whether that’s:
☕ A friendly face and a chat
🧽 Help keeping on top of the home
🛒 Support with everyday tasks
🌿 Or simply someone who genuinely cares

We believe support shouldn’t feel clinical or uncomfortable — it should feel warm, relaxed, and human. Like having a cuppa with someone who understands 💜
