ZARA CLEANING SERVICES UPDATE 01/11/2020

Dear Valued Client,

We are writing to you after the Government announcement yesterday regarding the National Lockdown from 5th November.
Zara Cleaning will still be fully operational as permitted by the Government.
We want to assure all of our clients that we will continue to take every precaution to ensure the safety of our clients and staff alike.
All staff will wear relevant PPE for the duration of the clean & remain 2 metres from the client/family & of course we can clean empty rooms if so preferred .
Staff will clean with effective anti bacterial cleaners & carry handwash/gloves/masks .
We sincerely hope that our clients will feel confident enough to continue with the service during these unprecedented times.

National Restrictions (from 5th November)
From the 5th November, England will enter a national lockdown across the country, similar to the March lockdown where businesses will be forced to close. The lockdown will begin on 5th November and end on 2nd December. However the government have made it clear that cleaners will still be permitted to work inside peoples' homes as long as the government guidelines on social distancing and staying safe are followed. We supply our cleaners with a set of extensive guidelines to follow during their scheduled cleaning visits.

WHY A CLEAN HOME IS CRUCIAL DURING THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK

We absolutely understand everybody’s concerns about the spread of the Coronavirus and the decision to self-isolate. We’ve had many cancellations over the past week from regular clients, who wanted to protect both their families and our staff. This is clearly a responsible action and we support your decision; however, we would like to remind you why it is extremely important to keep your home clean and sanitised during the Coronavirus outbreak.

What we know from science so far? 🧪🔬

The virus on its own isn’t deadly. However, in combination with other underlying health issues or weakened immune system can kill people. That means if you contract harmful bacteria and get infected with the virus at the same time, it could potentially be life-threatening. 🦠+ 🤒🤧= ☠️


‼️We cannot stress enough that personal hygiene and clean, sanitised living environment are VITAL. ‼️

People with asthma and respiratory conditions are particularly at risk. They need good quality air, especially if they are spending a lot of time indoors. Mouldy walls could become extremely dangerous and the built-up of dust on furniture, curtains or carpet can unlock allergy episodes or asthma attacks.

What can you do to maintain high levels of hygiene at home? 🧽🧹

🏠 Open windows for at least 30 minutes a day to reduce the chance of mould growing on your walls or other parts of your home.

💦 Use a steam cleaner to improve the air quality and kill harmful bacteria and viruses

🧴Rub alcohol, white vinegar or sanitiser on all working areas (where the material allows the use of such) daily

🛋 Dust furniture and light fixtures twice a week.

☀️ Allow as much natural sunlight to enter your living areas as possible.

🚽 Clean and disinfect your bathrooms and toilets daily.

We are prepared to carry out our professional cleaning service where and when required. We have taken the necessary extra safety measures to ensure the protection of both our clients and staff. This is what we are doing:

✅ We ONLY send out staff who does not display any symptoms at all.

☣️ We have provided bio hazard training to all our cleaners.

😷 All cleaners wear protective gear, face masks and disposable gloves.

❌ No cloths or mop heads are used repeatedly at different client’s properties on the day.
