Communal Area Cleaner - Residential Flats.

We are looking for an excellent cleaner to ensure that all communal areas within the residential block, including entrances, stairwells, hallways, lifts, windows, and bin stores, are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained to a high standard of hygiene and presentation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:-

Clean all communal areas of the building, including entrances, corridors, stairs, lifts, landings, and internal windows.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring they are free of dust, debris, and litter.

Working Schedule

Working Days: Tuesdays and Fridays
Times: 08:00am-14.30pm (some flexibility on times)
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour + holiday pay, paid weekly

Key Skills and Qualities
Previous cleaning experience in residential or commercial buildings preferred.

Our client is looking for an office cleaner on a part-time permanent basis. 8 hours per week to clean very nice office. Key holder position.

Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Hours: 5pm-6.30pm Monday-Thursday. 4.30pm-6pm Fridays.
Pay: £10.50 per hour + holiday pay + other

Working in a team of 2, you wil be responsible for cleaning offices, desks, phones, chairs, bins, washrooms, vacuuming and mopping.
