Hi due to the large number of customers trying to skip cleans. There will now be a double charge to come back on the round, as when you have skipped you have effectively taken yourself off. I have a specific place for all customers throughout the month and can no longer accommodate any changes to this. There will be no holding of places it will now depend on my availability on whether or not I have space. When I price a job it is averaged out over the year, so any skipped cleans are a loss in income for me which is bad for business. I hope you all have a lovely Christmas thank you, James x

A polite reminder to all customers. Skipped cleans are a loss in income for me and bad for business, when I price a job it is averaged out through the year. I am paid to maintain the windows on a 4 or 8 weekly basis so to skip a clean for no good reason is unacceptable. Going forward I will be removing people instantly from the round. Also there will be a price increase from the 1st August for those who haven't had one already (not including new customers in the last 6 months). Many thanks James

Just a polite reminder to all customers. I only allow skipped cleans for certain reasons which are- building work being done. Away on holiday or hospital illness. Any other reason is unacceptable and you will be charged double clean price the next month or removed from the round. I am running a business and have a family to support. Anyone who has a problem with this let me know and I will take you off. Many thanks James

Hello, just a polite reminder to all that December's window cleaning space is limited so if you decide to skip a clean for no good reason in November you have effectively come off the round and won't be cleaned until January which will be double price to come back on. 2 skipped cleans and I will have to remove you permanently. I offer 4 or 8 weekly cleaning for this reason and when I quote the jobs you are given an annual price averaged over 12 months. I am not an ad hoc window cleaning service and this is my main source of income. Thank you James.

Hi just a reminder that as of the 1st of April there has been a price increase. I am aware some of you have already done this yourselves which I appreciate. Also anyone who has come on the round in the last 6 months will be exempt from this. Also going forward anyone who skips a clean will now have half the clean price added to the next clean, two skipped cleans within a year without good reason and I will remove you from the round and replace with someone on the waiting list. Hello I hope you are all well. This is a reminder to all customers that there will be a price increase from the 1st August 2023. As I have not put my prices up in 3 years I think this is justified. Also I have had a large number of people skipping cleans without a good reason. If you have been given a price for a 4 weekly clean it is less than an 8 weekly because the windows are cleaned more frequently. I've had people say can we leave it this month because they are still clean, I'm sorry but I am paid to maintain your windows and don't believe I should be hit financially for doing a good job. I am now at full capacity so going forward any skipped cleans will be charged at 50% of the clean price added to the next clean. 2 skipped cleans without good reason you will be removed from the round. Also a reminder that I work in light rain so that is not an acceptable excuse to skip a clean either. Anyone who wants off the round please let me know. I'm sorry for the long winded message and for 80% of you this doesn't apply, but I have a family to support and losing 30 percent of my weekly income is not acceptable I hope you understand. Hello, I am just making people aware going forward that more than one cancellation without a valid reason for example illness, being on holiday etc. Will now result in you being removed from the round. It is not acceptable to say we are ok this month when I message you or can we skip a clean, I am running a business and this is my main source of income, I have a large number of people on the waiting list who will be more than happy to take your place. I know this is only a minority but going forward I will be very firm about it. Also from September there will be a small price increase as my costs have more than doubled since I last put my prices up. I hope you all understand my position. Many thanks and have a nice week 👍
