📍 Based in Newton Stewart and surrounding areas. We currently cover many areas and no week is the same. Between holiday lets, domestic cleans, deep cleans, after builder cleans and more.

Due to the nature of the job, drivers are preferred. Mileage paid.

Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential..a positive attitude, attention to detail and reliability are what matter most.

We are now officially a Living Wage Employer! 🥳

Well.. we actually have been for a while but I wanted to wait for this lovely plaque before posting 🤣

From the very first day that Drama Kleenz was born I always knew that I wanted our team to be paid fairly, and definitely above minimum wage and that’s what we always did.

My team is like family to me now (some of them are actual family mind 🤣). They are the absolute backbone of everything we do. I’ve always said it and I’ll never stop saying it. I’m just the person behind the scenes. The team are the real stars here.

It’s thanks to them that your properties are finished to such high standards.
Its thanks to them that guests arrive at holiday properties to cosy and pristine spaces.
It’s thanks to them that we have clients who often keep them around for company more than anything else - because they always go above and beyond.
It’s thanks to them that I stay sane (even if there’s times they drive me insane 🤣). When everything gets overwhelming or super busy, everyone steps in to help. They keep me right, they remind me things. I genuinely can’t praise our team enough and I truly, truly believe that a business is only as great as the people behind it and those people deserve to be valued.

All that to say.. I truly believe everyone should be compensated fairly for working. I don’t believe in minimum wage. I never have. And this year we made the official commitment to only ever pay the national LIVING wage. 🥳🎉🥰
