This Chimney was leaking badly. Upon inspection it turned out there were no chimney pots. Just large square holes where they once were.
I supplied and fitted x2 new pots and capped them with vented caps as this is currently a non working chimney.
Re pointed the holes and fitted a missing roof tile.
Customer very happy.

Nesting season is upon us once again. Please let me know if you need any bird prevention such as chimney cowls of caps. The nests can block the chimney and cause a fire hazard if in use or damp issues if unused.
