Porsche Taycan ceramic coating ✨

We recently had this beautiful Porsche Taycan in for a single stage machine polish, and a Gtechniq 5 year Crystal Serum Ceramic Coating treatment, topped with EXO for that unrivalled hydrophobic characteristic 😎

The car recently purchased was generally in good condition, however did have surface scratches and swirl marks that needed some attention before we polished and applied the ceramic coating.

One of the most important steps - Clay bar decontamination
Yes it takes time, but it makes all the difference when refining a panel ready to polish.
Using a clay bar means all engrained contaminants / tar / road grime and general diet can be removed.
No one wants a grubby panel right ??
Just look at what the clay pulls from the paint, it’s not clean until this is completed. Another aspect that is difficult to see to the naked eye.

💡LIGHTING - it makes all the difference ! 💡
We often get asked why a black booth?

A black back drop will help show every detail to a paint finish, which in turn helps us see everything clearly
A white back drop or background whilst attractive is not as effective.
And outside many defects, holograms, polishing marks, smaller difficult to see scratches won’t be easily visible.
However….they are visible, and that’s the point when polishing / correcting and enhancing a paint finish.

Achieving a higher level finish requires the right environment.
We invested in the purpose built set up to make the difference 😎
