School Holidays Notice ☀️

Now that the school holidays have arrived, I’d just like to say a huge thank you for your continued support and understanding.
As many of you know, I’m a one-person business, and over the coming weeks I’ll be balancing work alongside childcare. While I’ll be doing my absolute best to keep everything running as smoothly as possible, there may occasionally be a need to adjust appointment dates or times.

I kindly ask for your patience and flexibility if this happens. I truly appreciate your understanding as I also take the opportunity to enjoy some quality time and make special memories with my beautiful boy during the holidays.

Thank you all for your continued loyalty and support—it really does mean the world to me.

📢 Important Update to My Pricing Structure
To all of my valued clients,
To help me accommodate more bookings and provide a more efficient service, I will now be charging per property rather than per hour.

This means that once your property has been cleaned to my usual high standard, I will be leaving once the job is complete, rather than working to a set number of hours. This change will also apply to all of my regular cleaning clients.
I want to reassure all of my regular clients that your current pricing will remain exactly the same as a thank you for your continued support and loyalty. The only change is that pricing is now based on the property rather than the time spent.

If you have any questions or feel that this change may be a problem, please don’t hesitate to message Arkle & Shine, and I’ll be happy to discuss it with you.
Thank you all for your continued support and understanding. I truly appreciate your loyalty and look forward to continuing to provide you with the best possible service. ✨

Thinking about quitting my job until spider season is well and truly over!! 🕷️
