Housekeeping Inspector Specialists Limited is a new company focused on delivering an outstanding service to the hospitality industry. As a Hi-Specialists room attendant you must be motivated, dedicated with a passion for housekeeping and hospitality.

A Room Attendants responsibilities are to clean the guests rooms to the highest possible standard. Replenishing linen and guest supplies, keep trolley, chemical caddie and linen baskets tidy at all times.

We are looking for full time and part time flexible room attendants

£7.60 per hour (Room Attendant Specialist)

£8.00 per hour (Self Checker Specialist)

Twice monthly pay

Hi-Specialists Ltd are looking for fun, enthusiastic, well presented and passionate individual to join our team.
We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant who will primarily be painting/decorating within a luxury budget hotel based in the city centre of Newcastle.

Hi-Specialists Ltd invest greatly in our properties and we pride ourselves on the investment we have made in our staff, through an array of training, bonus schemes and promotions within the business. We understand that housekeeping departments are generally the heart of every hotel and at time can be overlooked, Hi-Spec are flexible with our clients and provide what they need wether it be a single service or the overall running of their Housekeeping department.

What we are looking for:

Flexible candidate (working five days over seven)
30-40 hours a week
£8.50 per hour

The successful candidate’s duties will include but not be limited to:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains policies and procedures issued by Hi-Specialists and our clients.
Keep a positive spirit among housekeeping team members.
Maintain impeccable standards in regards to the painting and touch up painting of the hotel bedrooms and corridors.
If necessary to participate in linen porter and cleaning of bedroom duties if the department requires it.
To maintain good communication with the managers and supervisors in regards to their duties and role.
The ideal candidate for this position:
Courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
Standards driven and detail-orientated.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Should be flexible with regards to hours.
Should have previous experience within the hospitality industry or painting/decorating.
Career driven with a passion for Hospitality.

Eligibility: In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
