To keep providing the best service possible, my pricing has now changed:

🫧1 hour cleans are now £30
🫧Anything over 1 hour will still remain at £20 per hour

A friendly reminder about my cancellation policy🤍

I’d like to remind everyone that cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled clean are subject to a £30 cancellation fee. This policy applies to all clients.

Cancellations at short notice can have an impact on my diary/income as it’s often not possible to fill the slot with another booking — especially when I’m fully booked and have already turned away other clients.

This policy isn’t new, it was introduced after experiencing a high number of late cancellations in the past. I really appreciate everyone’s understanding and respect for the time and work that goes into keeping things running smoothly.
