We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in multiple commercial premises, across WILMSLOW, ALDERLEY EDGE, MOBBERLEY. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to creating a hygienic and welcoming environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous janitorial experience or those looking to develop their skills in commercial cleaning. Applicants must be reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in commercial settings, including offices, hotels and public houses
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
Clean and sanitise restrooms and communal areas regularly
Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning tasks
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment
Experience
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Organised with strong time management skills to complete tasks within allocated timeframes
A reliable attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality cleaning standards
Must drive
Must be over 18, as we clean licenced premises
16-25 Hours per week, cleaning various sites
