After five long months not being in action fully after tearing my medial collateral ligament in my left knee at the end of June while attending my son's eldest football presentation, where a parents kick about which saw me badly tackled and in instant agony. Trip to a&e after 12 hours of waiting and scan showed the damage.

I've been lucky enough to keep going at a very slow pace but now it's pretty much healed it's time to start posting and getting back out there fully. So to start off we will announce a bunch of new winter protection offers, and a new updated website also šŸ‘Œ

So I don't often post unrelated work stuff but felt it's important to share the amazing work everyone at is doing.

Mancave UK is a mens mental health support group, I personally joined about 6 weeks ago, and in that time as some will have noticed it's made me personally a more confident person and has changed so many negative behaviours in my life. The support this group offers is incredible we have members from far and wide as it's extremely unique. I have personally suffered from mental health issues and still have some demons lerking but that's the truly amazing thing about the mancave is you ain't alone in any of your struggles. We meet regularly and have a very active WhatsApp group it's something if you're vaguely interested you should definitely get involved, come along or DM me or mancave for more info.

New car protection package.

Fully surface protection, gtechniq CSL & Exo providing paint protection after a full safe wash, decontamination, single stage machine polish full IPA wipe down and then coated. Plastics treated with C4 trim restorer keeping that deep black look preventing UV protection to stop them fading so quickly. C5 on wheel faces to help maintain the alloys. G5 on the glass. The interior was given carpet and mat protection with gtechniq smart fabric, and matt dash applied to hard surfaces again preventing UV damage and them fading so quickly.

Horrible wet day but with the customer having plans for the car it was a case of sit out the weather and do what we could do. Full valet to get it to a nice level, although some marks on the vinyl wrap just couldn't be removed. Such a beautiful car and the sound šŸ¤¤šŸ‘Œ
