Rick was very responsive to my initial inquiry. Communication prior to his arrival was excellent. He arrived on time in spite of our property’s remote location. He came to cut out and patch repair our carpet following an iron burn. We were delighted with the result he achieved. Rick’s work is meticulous and his attention to detail second to none.
