To all my valued customers 💚

After my van being off the road for 2 weeks, it has given me time to evaluate the business structure and my personal circumstances.

I have had a long hard think about everything and I have made the difficult decision to give up bin cleaning with immediate effect.

I can only apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I am extremely grateful for your custom for however short or long amount of time you have been with me.

However - I have spoken with another local bin cleaner who will be taking over my rounds. He has been going for many years and offers a top class service.

Please bear with us whilst we sort out the behind the scenes details.

In due course, I will send you the new bin cleaner details and also pass your details to the new cleaner to arrange being on their books.

Please allow time during this transition period.

Once again, this has been a very difficult decision but I am extremely grateful for your custom.

‼️ Attention regarding payments ‼️

I have made the decision that going forward any new clients taking up a schedule clean will have to set up via direct debit. Unless paying cash/contactless.

I will no longer be accepting bank transfer payments for this service.

I have had to make this decision due to spending so much time of my week chasing for payments to be made.

As an extremely small business this is already taking up a huge amount of my time and will only take longer the bigger I get.

Bank transfer will only be accepted for one off cleans and if my usual cash clients are not in at the time of the clean.

I will also gradually get round to reaching out to the existing client base to get this change for your accounts.

Apologies if this causes any inconvenience to anybody but this is taking up too much of my time.
