🧼 Terms & Conditions – LECM Cleaning Services

Welcome to LECM Cleaning Services! By booking a service through our page or any other communication channel, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Payments
• All bookings must be confirmed with a date and time.
• Payment is required in full before or on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash & bank transfer.

2. Access to Property
• Please ensure safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled date.
• If we are unable to access the property at the agreed time, you may still be charged for the missed appointment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to appointments.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4. No Refund Policy
• All cleaning services are provided as agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.
• If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and address any concerns.

5. Liability
• We take great care with your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or any issues arising from fragile or improperly installed items.
• Clients are responsible for securing valuables and breakables prior to our arrival.

6. Health & Safety
• For the safety of our team and your household, please ensure the space is free from hazardous materials or unsafe conditions.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is deemed unsafe.

7. Privacy
• Your information is kept confidential and will never be shared or sold. We only use it to manage bookings and provide services.
