✨ A LITTLE PROUD MUM MOMENT ✨

The school holidays, particularly the summer holidays, can be a real juggling act when you’re running a small business, managing your clients and keeping up with family life. There are certainly days when it feels like everyone needs a little piece of you! 😂

I’m incredibly grateful to all of my lovely clients for being so understanding when I occasionally need to move appointments or rearrange slots around the children. Your patience and flexibility genuinely mean so much to me and my little business. 🥰

This week, both of my beautiful girls moved up a level at swimming! 🏊‍♀️👏
Seeing how proud they are of themselves makes every early start, busy day, juggling act and all those moments of “How on earth am I going to fit everything in?” completely worth it. 💫

A LITTLE THANK YOU FROM US…

Well, they say it never rains but it pours! ☔😂

A huge thank you to all of my wonderful clients for your patience, understanding and kindness this week while myself and my little ones have been struck down by the dreaded bug. 🤒

Thankfully, we’re all feeling much better now and are almost back to our usual selves and I’m looking forward to getting back to doing what I love! 🧽✨

Running a small, family run business can sometimes mean things don’t quite go to plan, so your patience and understanding genuinely mean so much to me.

Running a small business, keeping on top of the cleaning jobs, answering messages, organising bookings… all while trying to keep little ones entertained during the summer holidays! 😅☀️

It’s a juggle. It’s busy. It’s sometimes complete chaos… but we wouldn’t have it any other way!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Hive and Shine Cleaning Services

Payments: 👇🏻
Payment for all cleaning services is due in full at the time of the service being completed.

Any request for an extension to the payment period must be agreed with Hive and Shine Cleaning Services at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning service.

Cancellations: 👇🏻
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rearrangement of a cleaning service.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full cost of the scheduled service.

Failure to make payment may result in future cleaning services being withdrawn.

Cancellation by Hive and Shine Cleaning Services: 👇🏻
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a cleaning service due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances, we will offer an alternative date within one week of the original scheduled service wherever possible.

As a very small business, I would like to thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 💫
