Personalised Handbag/nappy changing bag charms are also non refundable. non personalised handbag and nappy changing bag charms will refunded if returned in orginal condition and within 14 days of purchased. Postage will not be refunded, and items sent back for exchange or refund the customer will have to pay postage. Items which are faulty or damaged please email [email protected] to discuss, the item will either be fixed of exchanged for the same item or a similar item of equal cost, but only when the item in question has been returned.
