the seasons are changing so today I’m going through my summer clothes/shoes and putting in to two piles charity shop or friends and keep for next year. The pile on the left is going to charity or friends and the pile on the right I’m keeping. If it doesn’t fit or I haven’t worn it for at least a year it’s going! When I get my autumn/winter clothes out I will filter through them and again do 2 piles charity shop or give to friends and keep. Go through your clothes before buying new ones…. don’t hang on to things hoping one day you’ll lose the weight. Chances are you’ll lose the weight and not wear the item anyway! Be ruthless and if you can’t be get me to help you!
