When we sweep your chimney you get a lot more than just that, a full maintenance check is carried out on your stove, and camera inspections are carried out before sweeping if the customer has reported any issues with the fire and it not performing correctly. This time of year is the best time to look after your stove so it’s all ready for burning season again

This chimney had apparently been swept regularly by a chimney sweep??? And they had been given paperwork for it….we were called because the fire wasn’t working properly can you guess why??? Extremely dangerous for this household
