Natasha Earl was born and raised in London. Having studied Theatre and Performing Arts, her dream was to work in the theatre.

One of London’s top Nanny agencies specialising in the introduction of professional Nannies, Governesses and Maternity Nurses to many families in London and Overseas. However, having worked in hospitality and retail during her studies, she found her niche in recruitment. Her career began in High Street recruitment before she briefly became a Head Hunter in Rec to Rec. Not enjoying the bullish tech

niques used and preferring a more gentle and personal approach to recruitment, she decided to open her own Nanny Agency in 2004. About the Role
Burlington Nannies is seeking a professional and dedicated Male Nanny (Manny) to join a new client family based in Mill Hill, North London. The family consists of a single mother and her two children, aged 10 and 12 years old.
This is a long-term, live-in rota position providing high-quality childcare support. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the children’s daily care and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive childcare, including school runs, homework supervision, and organisation of after-school activities and play dates.
• Manage the children’s schedules, including diary management and liaising with teachers and activity providers.
• Oversee all nursery duties: preparing nutritious meals, laundry, and maintaining clean, organised children’s living spaces.
• Plan and accompany the children on educational and recreational outings.
• Travel with the family as required, including periods at their second home in Bath during school holidays and occasional overseas trips.
Candidate Requirements
• A positive, outgoing, and energetic individual who can serve as an excellent male role model for the children.
• Highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused with exceptional communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and confident driving ability (a car will be provided for work use).
• Previous professional childcare experience, particularly with school-aged children.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting family life.
Accommodation & Benefits
• Private bedroom and en-suite bathroom provided during weeks on duty.
• Competitive salary of £60,000 – £75,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
• Use of a company vehicle during working weeks.
• ASAP start date.

A warm and professional family in Clerkenwell is seeking an experienced daily nanny to care for their two daughters, aged 4 and 6. This is a long-term position for someone who is looking to become a valued and trusted part of family life for many years to come. The parents would love to find a nanny who will be a wonderful role model and a kind, steady presence in the girls’ lives, supporting their day-to-day care, wellbeing, development, and growth.
Schedule
The role is Monday to Friday. During term time, hours will be 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. During school holidays, hours will be 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. The family will also require two babysitting evenings per month.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the girls’ day-to-day care and routines, while encouraging their confidence, independence, and happiness. The family would like someone who enjoys cooking for children, as the girls love to help in the kitchen, especially with baking. A love of cooking would therefore be a real bonus, and the family would be very happy for the nanny to batch cook once a week if preferred.
About the Children
The children have a wide variety of interests, including arts and crafts, singing, dancing, gymnastics, outdoor play, and baking. One child is very confident and chatty, while the other is a little more introverted. Both are delightful young girls and a genuine joy to spend time with.
