Reporting to the Managing Director of JPC, the Operations Director will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, driving process improvement initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across the organisation in line with our planned revenue and growth forecasts to 2030 and beyond.

Sustainability is central to our contract with Here East. Working in partnership with the East London campus, we have seen recycling rates rise from 27% to 46%. Driving granular sustainable efforts, offering enhanced education on sustainability best practice, and empowering our team to innovate have been key to this partnership's sustainability success.

Sustainability is at the forefront of everything we do. Cleaning some of London's most prestigious spaces gives us a unique opportunity to shape a better future for the capital for generations to come. Earlier this year, our cleaning team at Merchant Square successfully phased out fossil fuels from our operations. Going 100% electric at this canalside oasis has meant a big leap forward in our green culture shift, and we are immensely proud of our team for continuously driving innovation in support of our journey to Net Zero.

Today, the JPC by Samsic family gathered for a bittersweet celebration. After nearly 17 years of service with the company, our beloved Head of Operations, Sylwia De Sousa, is embarking on a new journey in her career. While we are sad to see her go, we are also immensely grateful for Sylwia’s time with us and look forward to a promising future thanks in no small part to her contributions.

In the words of our Managing Director, John Conry Jnr., "Sylwia’s leadership, dedication, and commitment have played a pivotal role in our success at JPC by Samsic.
